Research progress of the DBD plasma technology in refractory organic wastewater treatment is reviewed in this paper, especially on the latest research achievements of wastewater by DBD plasma technology. Both microcosmic and macroscopic mechanisms of the degradation of refractory organic wastewater via DBD plasma, as well as its effective factors, typical reactor models, and general conclusions, is summarized and analyzed. Furthermore, the key issues and the hot fields in the treatment of wastewater via DBD plasma technology are discussed and predicted.
