理实一体下的高职连锁经营管理专业课程体系建设——以上海工程技术大学高职学院为例

Curriculum System Construction on Chain Management Professionals in Advanced Vocational Technical College Based on Integration of Theory and Practice—Taking Shanghai University of Engineering Science Advanced Vocational Technical College as an Example

摘要: 文章通过对高职连锁经营管理专业性质的分析，明确专业发展定位和建设目标，提出了以连锁店店长综合职业能力培养为主线，以“典型工作任务”为核心，构建“四位一体”工学结合递进式能力培养课程体系。

Abstract: The article firstly analyzes the characteristics of chain management professionals in advanced vocational technical college. Then it clears the professional development goals and its position. At last, making chain managers with comprehensive vocational ability as a main line, the article sets up “four in one” engineering capability combined with progressive training curriculum.
