6例来源于阑尾的腹膜假性黏液瘤结肠镜表现并分析

6 Cases from the Appendix of Pseudomyxoma Peritonei Colonoscopy Performance and Analysis

摘要: 目的：分析来源于阑尾的腹膜假性黏液瘤结肠镜下表现。方法：总结和分析我科2014年6例诊断为腹膜假性黏液瘤结肠镜下阑尾处的表现。结果：6例患者结肠镜下阑尾内口处均有特征性改变，其中2例可见阑尾内口肿胀明显，且呈脐样和囊样隆起；1例阑尾内口处呈凹陷型糜烂；1例阑尾内口处呈结节样增生；2例阑尾内口处可椭圆形肿块，表面伴有糜烂。结论：结肠镜检查对于来源于阑尾的腹膜假性黏液瘤具有较高的诊断价值，结肠镜下阑尾内口处有特征性改变。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the colonoscopy performance of pseudomyxoma peritonei from the appendix. Methods: The summary and analysis of our department of 6 cases of pseudomyxoma peritonei colonoscopy under orifice of vermiform appendix performance in 2014. Results: 6 cases of patients with colonoscopy in orifice of vermiform appendix has characteristic change, 2 cases of swelling in the orifice of vermiform appendix, with umbilical and cystoid eminence; 1 case of depressed erosion in the orifice of vermiform appendix; 1 case of nodular proliferation in the orifice of vermiform appendix; 2 cases of elliptical lump following erosion in the orifice of vermiform appendix. Conclusion: Colonoscopy for pseudomyxoma peritonei from appendix has high diagnostic value; colonoscopy under orifice of vermiform appendix has characteristic change.
