摘要: 脑卒中后抑郁症(post-stroke depression, PSD)是指并发于脑血管病的一系列精神症状、躯体症状和复杂的情感障碍性疾病。严重影响着患者的神经功能的恢复。但其发病机制尚不完全清楚，治疗方法仍需进一步探索。本文主要从发病机制、对神经系统功能的影响及治疗方面对其进行综述。
Abstract: Post-stroke depression (PSD) refers to a series of psychiatric symptoms complicated by cerebro- vascular disease, physical symptoms and complex emotional disorders seriously affecting the recovery of neurological function in patients. But its pathogenesis is not fully understood, treat- ment needs further exploration. This article reviewes from the pathogenesis, effects on the ner- vous system function and treatment.
