自拟生肌散配合TDP治疗一例犬剖腹产后刀口愈合不良

Self-Made Shengji Pulvis Combined with TDP in the Treatment of a Case of Canine Bad Healing of Incision after Caesarean Delivery

摘要: 目的：观察内服自拟生肌散和TDP照射治疗一例犬剖腹产后刀口愈合不良的疗效。方法：将在临床剖腹产术后5天刀口愈合不良的患犬，通过内服自拟生肌散配合TDP照射治疗两个疗程后观察疗效。结果：患犬在两个疗程内刀口全部愈合。结论：自拟生肌散配合TDP照射治疗犬剖腹产后刀口愈合不良具有良好的疗效，值得临床推广。 To observe the effect of oral administration of self-made Shengji pulvi and TDP irradiation in the treatment of a case of canine bad healing of incision after caesarean delivery. Methods: The canine of incision healing bad for 5 days after the caesarean birth was treated by oral administration with Shengji pulvis combined with TDP irra- diation for two courses and the effect was observed. Results: The incision of the canine was healed in the two courses of treatment. Conclusion: Self-made Shengji pulvis combined with TDP irradiation has a good curative effect in treat- ing the canine bad healing of incision after caesarean delivery. The treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
