袁功林,1976年生,汉族,籍贯河南商丘,党员。博士学位,现任广西大学教学科研,硕士生导师,教授。广西大学数学与信息科学学院、副主任。在国内外学术期刊发表论文30篇,其中被SCI收录20篇,EI收录3篇。
