基本情况

秦伟，中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所研究员、博士生导师。1999年至2003年， 分别在瑞士联邦高等理工学院（ETH）、美国南卡罗来纳大学及密西根大学做博士后研究。2003年5月至2006年5月，任美国Medtronic, Inc. 公司高级研发工程师。
