施富金，教授，现任国立阳明大学护理学院第五任院长，护理系研究所主任。多年来，担任13种国际著名医护期刊（其中9种SCI/SSCI）审查委员及国际顾问。发表77篇（超过49篇SCI/SSCI）期刊论文，超过192篇研讨会论文。
