摘要: 当前，世界各国海上风电发展迅猛，了解其未来发展情况对我国具有十分重要的意义。文中利用实际数据，充分展示全球海上风电的发展前景。同时，对于我国风力发电遇到的瓶颈问题进行了细致分析。并且参照德国海上风电发展机制，寻求适合我国的发展策略。
Abstract: Currently, global offshore wind power develops rapidly. The prediction of offshore wind power development has a great significance for our country. This paper introduces foreign offshore wind power development prospect in ten years. And the bottleneck problem of wind power generation is analyzed. It also seeks reasonable strategies for China according to Germany offshore wind power development mechanism.
