哈尔滨市中药研发生产机构知识产权保护状况的调研报告

The Research Report of Intellectual Property Protection on Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Development Institutions in Harbin

摘要: 中医中药是中华民族的国粹，其效用具有不可替代性，然而中药的研发和生产同时面临着知识产权不被保护的问题。中药研发是中药产业化的基础阶段，而对中药知识产权保护的探究应当从基础阶段开始，所以中药研发机构的知识产权保护状况尤其值得关注。本项目以哈尔滨市区范围内中药研发机构如黑龙江省中医药大学、祖国医学研究所、中药研发公司等为调研对象，就知识产权保护状况进行调研，希望能够对未来的中药研发和生产的知识产权保护制度的健全起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: Chinese medicine is the quintessence of Chinese Nation, and its effectiveness is irreplaceable. However, the development and production of traditional Chinese medicine faces the problem of lack of intellectual property. Chinese medicine research and development is the foundation stage of industrialization of Chinese medicine, and the exploration of the protection of intellectual property rights about it should be started from the foundation stage. So Intellectual Property Protection in traditional Chinese medicine research and development institutions is of particular concern. The object of the research is Harbin city limits, such as Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Institute of Chinese Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Development Company and it is about state of the protection of intellectual property rights. We hope it can work to the sound of intellectual property protection system in the future traditional Chinese medicine research and development.
