摘要:
本文报道了一种合成2,5-双-[2’-(4’-取代噁唑啉)]吡咯的新方法。吡咯-2,5-二甲酸二甲酯分别与L-缬氨醇、(S)-2-氨基-1-丁醇或羟乙胺在二甲苯中回流脱醇和水15 h,一步反应合成了2,5-双-[2’-(4’(S)-异丙基噁唑啉)]吡咯、2,5-双-[2’-(4’(S)-乙基噁唑啉)]吡咯或2,5-双-(2’-噁唑啉)吡咯,产率为89.6%~93.5%。
Abstract:
A new synthetic method of 2,5-bis(4’-substitutedoxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole is described. Dimethyl pyrrole- 2,5-dicarboxylate is refluxed in toluene for 15 h with L-valinol, (S)-2-amino-1-butanol or 2-aminoethanol to give 2,5-bis(4’(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole, 2,5-bis(4’(S)-ethyloxazolin-2’-yl)pyrrole or 2,5-bis(oxazolin-2’-yl)pyr- role in the range of 89.6% - 93.5% through concomitant removal of water and the alcohol produced in the reaction.
