摘要:

目的:研究猪尿液中克伦特罗浓度在不同温度下贮藏不同时间后残留浓度的变化。方法:实验猪以含1.5 mg/kg盐酸克伦特罗的饲料饲喂35天,收集停药第0天的尿液在室温、冷藏和冷冻条件下立即贮藏。在贮藏的0、1、2、3、4、5、6 d后分别用超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)对样品中的克伦特罗进行定量检测。结果:贮藏7天内,室温、冷藏和冷冻三种贮藏条件对尿液中克伦特罗残留浓度没有显著影响,但是常温贮藏样品感官变化大,对检测有一定干扰。结论:不建议常温存放。

Abstract: Purpose: A study of the stability of CL in pig urine samples under different time and temperature is reported. Method: The piglets with were administered CL at a rate of 1.5 mg/kg of feed for 35 days. Urine samples were spiked with ractopamine at the last day of administration and immediately stored at room temperature, 4˚C and frozen. CL was quantified by using UPLC-MS/MS on days 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 after sample collection. Result: There was no obvious change of the concentration of Clenbuterol in 7 days of changed storage conditions; however, the sense of samples at room temperature changed a lot. The changes have interference to the test. Conclusion: The room temperature storage is not recommended.
