便携式软袋在急诊急救护理中的应用探讨

Effects of Using the Portable Soft Bag in Emergency Care

摘要: 目的：探讨便携式软袋在急诊急救护理中的应用效果。方法：采用自行设计量表调查100例急诊便携式软袋使用患者或家属满意度以及30例急诊护士的满意度。结果：便携式软袋使用后，病人满意度从78.7%提高至97.4%；急诊护士的满意度从76.7%提高至93.3%。结论：便携式软袋的应用即可保证病人就医安全，提高急诊优质护理服务满意度，又可使急诊护士感受到操作简易，能真正体现优质护理的意义即病人满意、护士满意，促进了护患和谐。

Abstract:  Objective: To explore the effects of using the portable soft bag in emergency care. Methods: The investiga- tion of 100 patients and 30 nurses who use portable soft bag in emergency care by self-designed questionnaire. Results: After using the portable soft bag, the patient satisfaction has increased from 78.7% to 97.4% and the emergency nurses’ job satisfaction has increased from 76.7% to 93.3%. Conclusion: Using the portable soft bag can ensure the safety of the patients and improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing in emergency service. Meanwhile, emergency nurses will also feel it convenient. Using the portable soft bag can represent high quality of nursing service, improve nurses and patients’ satisfaction, and promote the relationships between nurses and patients.
