Abstract: This empirical study aims to investigate the relations among college students’ social support, resilience and mental health. We have investigated 183 undergraduate students from three colleges, using SCL- 90, Resilience Scale for Adults and Perceived Social Support Scale. The results indicate that 1) there is a significant negative correlation between social support and mental health symptom (p < .01), as well as resiliency and mental health symptom (p < .01); 2) the other support dimension of social support, and self-efficacy and social acceptability of resiliency can predict mental health significantly. Besides, resiliency exerts the medium effect between social support and mental health.
