浅议中职学校教师课程教学质量评估研究
Studies on Teaching Quality Evaluation of Secondary Vocational School Teachers
摘要:
为了科学合理地评价中职学校教师课程教学质量,通过细致的分析建立了较完备的评估指标体系,初步探讨了简单的评估方法,论述了需要完善的相关机制。考虑的因素比较全面具体,较好地解决了教师课程教学质量的多指标评估问题,为教师课程教学质量评估决策提供了理论研究的依据和方向。
To evaluate vocational school teachers’ course teaching quality scientifically and reasonably, we establish a relatively complete evaluation index system through careful analysis, explore simple evaluation methods preliminarily, and discuss the mechanisms which need to be perfected. This paper considers the factors comprehensively and concretely, solves the multi-index evaluation problem of teachers’ course teaching quality, and provides basis and direction of theoretical research for teachers’ teaching quality evaluation decision.
