摘要: 根据变电站存在的操作失误与错误、防范措施不到位、缺少安全培训、设备老化未及时更新等变电运行中存在的安全隐患问题，结合直流系统接地故障、电容器故障、断路器故障等常见的故障处理方法，提出变电运行安全管理制度，提高变电运行安全管理水平。
