摘要:

作为地方高职院校,如何培养出适合社会需要的应用型人才,发挥高职院校自身的特点是现阶段高职院校面临的重要课题。组建和培养优秀的数学教师团队,提高数学教师的科研创新能力,是提高教学质量的重要保证;能够改变学生的传统思维模式,提高学习后续专业课程的兴趣,提升独立解决问题的能力。发挥研究型教师团队的作用,明确办学定位和目标,真正实现地方高职院校服务于地方,促进经济发展,回报社会的责任。

As the local higher vocational colleges, how to cultivate applied talents who can meet the social needs with higher vocational college's features developed is an important subject facing higher vocational colleges and universities at present. The formation and training of outstanding mathematics teacher team and the improvement of teachers' scientific research innovation ability, is an important guarantee to improve teaching quality which can change their traditional mode of thinking, improve the learning of the following courses of interest, and enhance the ability to solve problems independently. The research-based teacher team and a clear orientation and target, can make local higher vocational colleges at the service of local people, in order to promote economic development and return to society.
