In the information age, from technology to
idea, society has stepped into a new era. The economic changes include not only
the rising of information enterprise, but also the promotion of the transformation
of the social structure and the adjustment of the income distribution system.
Besides the development of the social production efficiency, the public expects
that the informatization could advance more equitable social environment. In
this context, the government is particularly important as a leader in the
information age, which must carry on economic and social governance with more
strict information management, more macro social management, more extensive government
network and more stereo supervision, so as to construct the new social order
under the harmonious interaction between state and society.
