摘要: 高校教师对农村小学一线教师直接的专业化指导是其专业化发展的重要举措。本文就高校专家成长农村小学教师专业化发展“导师”的内涵、价值及功能加以阐述,旨在对农村小学教师专业化发展提出有益建议。
Abstract: The direct and specialized guidance from teachers in university is the key measure to improve the professional development of frontline teachers in rural primary school. As the university experts becoming the tutor of teachers from rural primary school, this study will give an elaboration of its connotation, value and function, which aims to put forward beneficial suggestions for the rural primary teachers’ professional development.
