连续性床旁血液净化在治疗急性心功能衰竭中的护理

Nursing of Continuous Bedside Blood Purification (CBP) in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

摘要: 目的：观察连续性血液净化(CBP)对急性心功能衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法：20例患者常规基础疾病治疗和护理的同时，给予床旁CBP治疗，分别检测CBP前后血生化及血气分析指标并进行比较。结果：血尿素氮、肌酐等水平均较治疗前显著下降，而PaO₂及PaO₂/FiO₂较治疗前有升高(P < 0.01)。结论：床旁CBP治疗在急性心功能衰竭患者的抢救中是一种行之有效的方法，正确的护理是治疗中不可缺少的重要环节。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of continuous blood purification (CBP) on patients with acute heart failure treatment. Methods: At the same time, 20 cases of treatment and nursing care of the patients with normal basis of disease, given the bedside CBP treatment, were compared before and after CBP, and were detected in the blood biochemistry and blood gas analysis. Results: Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine levels were significantly lower than before treatment, while PaO₂ and PaO₂/FiO₂ increased compared with before treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion: CBP bedside therapy in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure is a kind of effective method, proper care is an important and indispensable part of the treatment.
