Abstract: Simple obesity is a common nutritional and metabolic disease caused by various factors, which leads to the imbalance of energy metabolism, fat accumulation in the body and weight gain. Dietary pattern is an important factor for the occurrence and progress of simple obesity. Therefore, pattern identification as the basis for diet with modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of simple obesity.
