卫宁灌区水权转让节水工程节水量计算方法探讨
Discussion on Water-Saving Quantity Calculation Method of Water Rights Transfer of Water-Saving Engineering in the Irrigation Area of Weining
摘要:
宁夏当地水资源十分匮乏,经济社会发展主要依赖于过境黄河水。近年来通过水权转让,缓解了新上工业项目用水问题。水权转让主要是通过引黄灌区渠道衬砌,节约渠道渗漏水量来实现节水。为了准确核定水权转让工程节水量,针对水权转让节水改造工程中渠道衬砌节水量的计算方法,根据节水量的计算原理,通过灌区长期监测资料分析并提出参数的确定方法,为节水量的分析计算提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Local water resources of Ningxia are scarce, and the economic social development relies mainly on the Yellow River. In recent years through the water rights transfer, the water problem of new industrial projects is relieved. Water rights transfer refers to the Yellow River irrigation channel lining diversion, through saving water leakage so as to realize water-saving. In order to accurately check and ratify the water-saving quantity of water rights transfer engineering, aiming at channel lining water-saving quantity calculation method of water rights transfer of water-saving engineering, based on the water-saving quantity calculation principle, this paper analyzes the long-term monitoring data in the irrigation area and proposes the method to determine parameters, providing reference for the analysis and calculation of water-saving quantity.
