摘要: EMD是一种新的信号分析理论,能够将信号进行层层分解,得到有限个频率从大到小的本征模态函数IMF,从本质上讲EMD是一种时空滤波器,并且以信号极值时间特征尺度为度量。本文通过重构IMF分量得到一种基于EMD的自适应滤波的方法,并通过数学仿真及实验分析,来验证该方法,结果表明其能有效提取振动故障特征,可应用于水泵的早期故障诊断。
Abstract: EMD is a new kind of signal analysis theory, which can decompose the signal into the EMD, and get the finite frequency from large to small intrinsic mode function IMF. In essence, it is a kind of space-time filter. In this paper, a method of adaptive filtering based on EMD is proposed, and the method is verified by mathematical simulation and experimental analysis. The results show that the proposed method can effectively extract the vibration fault features and can be applied to the early fault diagnosis of the pump.
