轧机齿轮轴失效原因分析
Failure Analysis of Gear Shaft for Rolling Mill
摘要:
本文采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等对某钢厂热连轧机断裂齿轮轴进行了检测及分析,结果表明:非金属夹杂物级别过高,带状组织严重,组织不均匀,轴心部硬度偏低等是导致齿轮轴开裂的主要原因。
Abstract:
Reasons for the fracture of gear shaft for hot continuous rolling mill were comprehensively analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the fracture could be attributed to the following major reasons: excessive levels of non-metallic inclusion, serious banded structure, uneven metallurgical structure and low hardness of axis core.
