Research on Ideological and Political Education in College Students’ Employment Guidance

摘要: 本文通过指出思想政治教育在大学生就业指导中的意义，并分析当前大学生思想政治教育中存在的问题及原因，提出加强大学生就业指导中的思想政治教育的对策，以提高思想政治工作的实效性，促进大学生顺利实现就业。

Abstract: By pointing out the meaning of the ideological and political education in college students’ em-ployment guidance, and analyzing the current problems and reasons existing in the ideological and political education, it shows the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological and political education of college students’ employment guidance, to improve the actual effect of ideological and political work, and to promote college students’ employment smoothly.
