Improve the Social Organization, Help the Governance Modernization

摘要: 治理现代化是被引进中国的概念，但已经成为当今社会的“时髦词语”，党的十八届三中全会将国家治理现代化视为深化改革的目标。社会治理是国家治理的重要组成部分，关乎国家治理现代的实现，而社会组织是社会治理现代化的重要主体，要加快和完善社会组织的发展，使其发挥在社会治理现代化中的主体作用。

Abstract: Governance modernization is the concept of being introduced into China, but has become “buzz word” in contemporary society, and the national governance modernization has been seen as targets for the deepening reform of state in the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Social governance is an important part of national governance, relating to implementation of modern governance of a country. Social organization is an important subject of social modernization, so it’s necessary to speed up and improve the development of social organizations to play the main role in the governance of social modernization.
