一例犬子宫蓄脓病的诊治报告

A Case of a Canine Pyometra Disease Diagnosis and Treatment of the Report

摘要: 犬子宫蓄脓病是母犬较常见的一种疾病，是指脓性物质在母犬子宫腔内，导致子宫腔和子宫内膜感染的一种严重危害犬生殖系统的疾病，如果不及时治疗，常常导致患病犬死亡。本文通过一例门诊接诊的实际病例，通过临床症状、影像学检查、血常规和血液生化的测定来诊断该病例，并用手术摘除子宫的方法治疗本病，使患病犬得以康复。然后取手术摘除的子宫做病理切片，简单分析了患该病的子宫壁的病理学变化。

Abstract: Pyometra disease is one of the common diseases for female dogs. It refers to the purulent material in female dogs’ intrauterine and causes uterine cavity and endometrial infection of a dog which cause serious damage to the reproductive system disease. If left untreated, it often led to the deaths of affected dogs. The sick dogs were recovered through the case of outpatient departments of actual cases, and the clinical symptoms, imaging examination, blood routine and blood biochemical determination to diagnose the cases and surgical removal of uterine treatment for this disease. Then take the surgical removal of the uterus to do pathological section, the pathological changes of uterine wall in patients with the disease are analyzed.
