基于ABC分类法对性侵受害人被害心理类型及其防范对策研究

Based on ABC Classification of Sexual Assault Victims Killed Psychological Types and Its Prevention Countermeasures

摘要: 近几年来，随着性侵害案件的增多，更多的学者开始从被害人角度来关注此类案件频发的原因。本文也是基于这个角度，以经济学上的ABC分类法为工具来分析性侵被害人的被害心理类型与成因，将性侵被害心理划分成三个层级，探析不同层级的防范措施，以期对性侵被害的预防提出建设性的意见和建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with the increase of the sexual assault cases, more scholars began to pay attention to such cases in the view of the victim. This article is also based on that point of the view, uses the tool of the ABC classification on the economics to analyze the murdered psychological types and causes of the victim of sexual abuse, and divides the psychology of sexual assault victims into three levels to analyze the different levels of preventive measures, in order to put forward the construc-tive opinions and suggestions about the prevention of sexual assault victims.
