摘要: 当前锂离子动力电池之间大部分是以串联成组的方式应用于电动汽车领域。在生产或在使用过程中,其电池的内阻、容量等参数很难做到一致性,尤其随着使用时间的延长,电芯之间的差异越来越大,最终影响电池组使用寿命和安全。因此,设计了基于DC_DC技术的主动双向均衡设备。此技术使用主动双向均衡方法,将单体能量高的电芯,按照特定的能量转移控制方法,转移到单体能量低的电芯。这样可以提高系统的使用效率,并且其安全性能比较高。
Abstract: The current lithium-ion battery is a series of groups used in the field of electric vehicles. In the production or use of the process, the battery internal resistance, capacity and other parameters are difficult to achieve consistency, especially with the use of time, the battery between the growing difference, affecting the battery life and safety. Therefore, an active bidirectional equalization device based on DC_DC technology is designed. The device uses the active two-way equalization technology; the high energy batteries are transferred to the low energy batteries according to the energy control method. This can improve the efficiency of the system, and improve security.
