素质拓展应用于高校新生适应性教育的调查研究

摘要: 本研究以某省属综合高校2015级新生为研究对象,调查了素质拓展应用于高校新生适应性教育的效果,随机选择了近4000名新生主观报告了新生素质拓展活动实施的效果。结果显示:各项指标的满意率和满意度水平均达到90%以上;其中男生在信心度、了解度和满意度水平上得分均显著高于女生,女生在凝聚度上得分显著高于男生,且在信心度上,独生显著高于非独生,农村新生高于城镇和城市新生;不同学科之间的满意度水平存在显著差异,农科类新生最高,文史类最低。
Abstract: The research investigated the influence of outward bound on adaptive education of college freshmen by selecting 4000 students from the 2015th freshmen of Yangtze University randomly to subjective report the effect of outward bound. Results showed that the satisfaction rate of the indicators of psychological quality and satisfaction levels were all above 90%; the scores of males at the degree of confidence, understanding and satisfaction were significantly higher than that of females. The scores of cohesion were the other way around. And on the degree of confidence, single-child was significantly higher than non-single child; the rural students were higher than that of towns and cities. The satisfaction level between different subjects was significantly different; agricultural freshman were the highest and literature and history were the lowest.
