Abstract: Cell migration occurred along with the whole life process of biology, both the embryonic devel-opment and disease are inseparable from the cell migration. In addition, cell migration model also can assist the experimental verification. Therefore, the cell migration and the related model play an important role in the analysis of various cell behaviors. In this paper, we introduce a comprehensive review of research on cell migration, which includes the forms of cell migration, cell model and various models of cell migration. There are some summary and discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of models in the domestic and foreign research on cell migration.
