摘要: 目的:探讨自动角膜刀取材的角膜后弹力层撕除角膜内皮移植术后护理的效果。方法:报告7例(7眼)自动角膜刀取材的角膜后弹力层撕除角膜内皮移植术的护理体会。结果:术后7眼矫正视力均有明显提高,1眼因植片脱位进行了成功的复位手术,在随访期间内7眼未出现排斥反应、感染等严重并发症。结论:自动角膜刀取材的角膜后弹力层撕除角膜内皮移植术等技术已成为治疗角膜内皮疾病的理想方案。做好患者及家属的心理护理及术前的各项准备,严密进行术后观察,积极开展术后的随访是手术成功的重要保证。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the postoperative care effect of descemet’s striping automated endothelium keratopiasty using the automated corneal shaper. Methods: a total of 7 cases (7 eyes) descemet’s striping automated endothelium keratopiasty were used to treat corneal disease and the nursing experiences are reported. Results: the corrected visual acuity of the 7 eyes was significantly improved after surgery. One eye was performed successfully reset surgery and there were no other complications such as rejection and infection in the 7 eyes. Conclusion: Descemet’s striping automated endothelium keratopiasty using the automated corneal shaper has been an ideal method for corneal endothelial diseases. It is important for psychological, families care, preoperative preparation, and strict postoperative observation to the corneal endothelial disease patients. Actively postoperative follow-up is a guarantee for the success of surgery.
