Application of Key Links in Safety Management of Nursing Safety Management in Interventional Operating Room

摘要: 目的：探讨重点环节安全管理在介入手术室护理安全管理中的应用及效果，为防范介入诊疗患者护理不良事件提供决策依据。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月~2013年12月介入手术室发生的护理不良事件及隐患事件，通过原因分析查找重点环节，建立重点环节安全管理流程并实施。比较实施前和实施后介入手术室护理不良事件的发生率。结果：实施重点环节安全管理流程后，2014年1月~2015年12月护理不良事件的发生率(0.02%)明显低于对照组(0.16%)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：实施重点环节安全管理流程可以有效降低介入诊疗患者护理不良事件的发生率，是安全实施介入诊疗的基础和保障。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application and effect of key links safety management in nursing safety management of interventional operating room, and to provide the basis for the prevention of nursing adverse events in patients receiving interventional treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the nursing adverse events and potential risks occurred in interventional operating room from January 2012 to December 2013, through the causes analysis to find the key links, set up and implement the key links of safety management process. To compare the incidence of nursing adverse events in interventional operating room before and after the implementation. Results: After the implementation of key links of safety management process, the incidence of nursing adverse events (0.02%) significantly lower than the control group (0.16%) from January 2014 to December 2014, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of key links in the process of safety management can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in patients undergoing interventional treatment, and is the basis and security for the implementation of interventional diagnosis and treatment.
