Research on the “Three-in-One” Cultivation of PAP Elementary Logistic Officers

摘要: 在准确把握“三位一体”初级后勤警官培养体系内涵的基础上，论文从院校任职教育、部队实践训练和军事职业教育三个维度，研究了现阶段武警部队初级后勤警官培养中存在的问题，并从提升任职教育水平、优化部队成才环境和健全军事职业教育培养体系三个方面，提出了有针对性的政策建议。

Abstract: On the basis of accurately understanding the connotation of “three-in-one” elementary logistic officers talent cultivation system, this paper carries out research on the existing problems in the cultivation of elementary logistic officers from the perspective of professional education of mili-tary schools, practical training of the army, and military education, puts forward advice from the perspective of improving professional education, optimizes growth environment of the army, and strengthens military professional education model.
