摘要: 近年来，森林碳汇市场作为解决生态系统效益补偿的有效机制在国际范围内已经初步建立起来，而中国森林碳汇市场发展缓慢，尤其是森林碳汇市场竞争机制不够完善：政府关注度不够，碳汇投融资渠道狭窄，民众意识薄弱。这些因素反过来又制约了森林碳汇市场竞争机制的发展。本文试从森林碳汇市场参与者的角度分析如何完善我国森林碳汇市场竞争机制。

Abstract: In recent years, the forest carbon sink market is an effective mechanism to resolve the ecological benefit compensation system and it has initially established in the international scope. China’s forest carbon sink market is developing slowly, especially the forest carbon sink market competition mechanism is not perfect. The government doesn’t pay enough attention to sinks; investment and financing channel is narrow and awareness is weak. These factors restrict the development of forest carbon sequestration market competition mechanism. This paper tries to analyze the perspective of forest carbon sequestration market participants and how to perfect the forest carbon sink market competition mechanism.
