摘要: 自闭症的康复治疗主要集中在社交、语言和问题行为方面,多以个案研究为主,平衡与姿势控制是最为基本的运动能力,属于运动控制领域,有研究显示重心控制的能力与刻板和重复行为相关,应当对自闭症儿童的姿势和平衡能力给予关注。国内外对自闭症儿童姿势控制与平衡能力的研究以小样本为主,国外在研究上深入具体,测量手段精确,国内与国外存在较大的差距。国内在平衡与姿势控制的干预上,方法多样,但在精确度上仍有待提高,应与调控平衡的三个系统结合。
Abstract: The rehabilitation of autism is mainly focused on social, language and problem behavior, case-based study. Balance and posture control is the most basic athletic ability and it belongs to the field of motor control. It is related to stereotype and repetition behavior, and attention should be paid to the posture and balance of autistic children. The study of posture control and balance ability of autistic children is mainly based on small sample, and there is a gap in measurement methods between national and international. There are many intervention training methods on balance and posture control nationally but more accuracy is needed, which should combine with three systems that regulate and control balance ability.
