高校大学生科研实训活动的现状及对策—以湖北大学为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students’ Scientific Research—Taking Hubei University as an Example

摘要: 通过问卷调查法、访谈法和个案分析法，对武汉市几所高校大学生科研能力培养的现状进行调查与分析。研究发现：在高校大学生参加科研实训方面，主要存在学生对科研实训认识不全面、对科研实训的目的和意义存在误解、学生参加科研实训的机会不多，教师自身职责定位存在偏差，以及在科研人才培养制度方面缺乏足够的制度保障等不足，文章同时以湖北大学为例，介绍了在加强和引导大学生参加科研实训活动方面所采取的有效措施。

Abstract: Through the questionnaire method, interview method and case analysis method, this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of the cultivation of scientific research ability of several colleges’ students in Wuhan. It was found that there were some misunderstandings about the purpose and significance of scientific research and training, the deviation of teachers’ own job responsibilities, and the lack of sufficient scientific research personnel training system in the aspects of college students’ participation in scientific research and training. At the same time, taking Hubei University as an example, this paper introduced the effective measures to guide college students to take part in the activities of scientific research and training.
