金志春教授运用补肾益气和血法治疗免疫性不孕经验举隅

Professor Jin Zhichun’s Application of Bu Shen Yi Qi and He Xue in the Treatment of Immune Infertility Experience

摘要: 免疫性不孕是目前不孕症范畴的一个重要组成部分，是因生殖系统抗原的自身免疫或同种免疫所导致的，随着临床医疗技术的发展，治疗免疫性不孕的方法逐渐加多，但疗效欠佳，且副作用较大。金志春教授结合临床多年诊治不孕症的经验，认为脾肾亏虚、气血不和是免疫性不孕的关键病因病机，主张孕前采用补肾益气活血法消除免疫性抗体，孕后采用补肾益气养血法助孕安胎，多取得较好临床疗效。

Abstract: Immunological infertility is an important component of the infertility category, which is the au-toimmunity of the antigen of the genital system or alloimmune cause. With the development of clinical medical technology, the number of the treatment methods of immune infertility increased gradually, but the effect is poor, and with side effects. Combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility for many years of experience, Professor Zhichun Jin thinks that spleen-kidney deficiency and disharmony between QI and blood are considered as the key pathogenesis of immunological infertility, so he advocates eliminating immune antibodies with bushen yiqi huoxue before pregnancy, and applying bushen yiqi yangxue to assist tocolysis after pregnancy. Good clinical results are achieved.
