循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的应用体会

Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in Ectopic Pregnancy

摘要: 目的：探讨循证护理在异位妊娠护理中的运用体会，积极推广循证护理在临床上的应用。方法：收治在我院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者共100例，将其随机分组处理。观察组与对照组各50例。对照组主要接受常规护理，观察组主要接受循证护理，分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：两组患者均顺利接受治疗，但观察组患者的平均住院时间为(5.1 ± 1.2) d，对照组患者的平均住院时间为(10.6 ± 2.4) d；组间比较存在明显差异性(P < 0.05)。在并发症发生率上，观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，组间比较存在显著差异性(P < 0.05)。此外，两组患者在生活质量改善上存在统计学差异性(P < 0.05)。结论：循证护理在异位妊娠护理中具有较好的应用效果，有助于改善患者预后，缩短患者住院时间，促进患者康复。

Abstract: Objective: To study the application of evidence-based nursing in ectopic pregnancy, and actively promote evidence-based nursing in clinical application. Methods: A total of 100 patients with ec-topic pregnancy treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was nursed with routine care, observation group mainly accepted evidence-based nursing. Then we compared the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results: Two groups of patients were successfully treated, but the average hospitalization time of observation group of patients was (5.1 + 1.2) d, control group patients' average hospitalization time was (10.6 + 2.4) d; the comparison between groups existed obvious difference (P < 0.05). On the incidence of complications, the complication rates of observation group of patients were significantly lower than the control group. There was a significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). In addition, on the quality of life improved, two groups of patients had statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing in the ectopic pregnancy care has a good application effect, is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients, shorten the in-hospital time, and promote patients recover.
