基于项目管理的高职教育社会服务能力评价体系研究

Study on Evaluation System of Social Service Ability of Higher Vocational Education Based on Project Management

摘要: 在我国全面进入经济社会发展新常态的重要历史时期，对现代职业教育的社会服务能力提出了新的、更高的要求。基于我国职业教育发展定位，以项目管理理论为基础，从人才培养全过程的项目化视角，界定高等职业教育社会服务能力内涵；分别从“服务能动能力”、“服务条件能力”和“服务成效能力”三大维度，构建了项目管理视角下的高职教育服务能力评价体系，并提出了相应的发展对策，为提升高职教育的社会服务能力和逐步建立现代职业教育体系提供借鉴。

Abstract: In the critical period of China’s entry into the “new-normal” state of economic and social development, new and higher requirements for the social service ability of modern vocational education have been put forward. Based on the theory of project management and the orientation of the development of occupation education in China, this article defines the connotation of higher occupation education and social service ability from the whole process of personnel training project perspective, and builds a service evaluation ability of the higher vocational education project management system from the three dimensions of “active service ability”, “service ability” and “the effectiveness of the service ability”. At last, the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward, so as to improve the social service ability of higher vocational education and gradually establish a system of modern occupation education for reference.
