曲秀芬教授运用中药调周治疗月经过少经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Qu Xiufenin the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Cyclic Therapy

摘要: 月经过少发病率逐年上升，已成为影响女性身心健康的关键问题。月经过少者往往存在生殖内分泌功能紊乱或子宫内膜受损，因此孕卵很难着床，如果不予足够重视延误治疗时机，易发展为闭经，导致不孕。曲秀芬教授结合自己多年临床经验和月经过少这一疾病的特点，认为该病以肾虚为本，主张顺应气血阴阳的消长变化和胞宫的生理功能，以补肾为核心，运用中药调周治疗，临床疗效显著。

Abstract: Hypomenorrhea has become a key problem which affects women’s physical and mental health; the incidence of hypomenorrhea rises year by year. Hypomenorrhea patients tend to have reproductive endocrine dysfunction or endometrial damage. Therefore, it is difficult for pregnant eggs to be implanted. If we do not pay enough attention to the disease and delay treatment time, it may lead to amenorrhea and infertility. Professor Qu Xiufen combines her years of clinical experience and the characteristics of hypomenorrhea, and thinks that the disease always base on deficiency of the kidney. She maintains that we should conform to the change of Qi, Blood, Yin and Yang and the physiological function of the uterus. She takes tonifying kidney as the core and treats hypomenorrhea based on the traditional Chinese medicine cyclic therapy. The clinical effect is remarkable.
