Abstract: Being primary collateral circulation, Willis circle has more types of variation. With the development of neuroimaging, the research on the relationship between Willis circle and ischemic cere-brovascular disease has been deepened in recent years. In this paper, we reviewed the relationship between the variation of Willis circle and ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
