“发展现代服务业”语境下大学生创业素质模型的理论诠释
Theoretical Interpretation to Entrepreneurship Quality of University Students in the Context of “Developing Modern Service Industry”
摘要: “发展现代服务业”是促进我国经济发展的重要战略之一。从人才素质的角度论证了大学生从事现代服务业领域创业的可能性和必然性。通过回顾相关的文献，提出现代服务业的大学生创业素质模型，并对其中的核心指标进行了理论诠释。
Abstract: “Developing Modern Service Industry” is one of the important strategies to develop the economy in China. The paper argues the possibility and necessity of university students’ innovative undertaking in the field of modern service industry in terms of talent qualities. The entrepreneurship competency model for university students in modern service industry is put forward. Related theoretical interpretations are given towards some core indicators in the model after reviewing the relative researches.
