带负荷伸缩吊梁的研制及应用

Development & Application of On-Load Telescopic Hanging Beam

摘要: 目前国内外港口码头对于装卸UOE、ERW等钢管时，由于无专用吊梁，造成整个吊运过程十分烦琐、劳动强度大、安全隐患众多，尤其在作业大型船舶装卸时存在钢管无法直接吊入船舶暗舱导致码头的装卸作业效率降低。为此特研制一种新型的带负荷伸缩吊梁来解决此问题。

Abstract: Now at the dock during the loading and discharging of steel tubes, such as UOE pipes and ERW pipes. Because of lacking specialized hanging beam, it’s very inconvenient, hard and dangerous for loading and discharging of steel tubes. Especially it’s impossible for steel tubes to be directly hoisted into the dark cabin of freighter. In order to solve this problem, we particularly develop a new type of hanging beam.
