高校辅导员与大学生“共同体”构建与实践路径探索

摘要: 《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》明确指出：“辅导员是高校教师团队和管理团队的一个重要组成部分，具有教师和干部的双重身份。辅导员是开展思想政治教育的骨干，是大学生日常思想政治教育的管理和组织者、实施者和导师。辅导员应该努力成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友。”这为我们积极探索高校辅导员与学生“共同体”的构建及实践路径指明了方向。

Abstract: The Regulations on the Construction of the Counselor Team of General Colleges and Universities clearly states: “Counselors are an important part of the teaching team and management team of colleges and universities. They have the dual identity of teachers and cadres. Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education, and the manager, organizer, implementer and mentor of the daily ideological and political education of college students. The counselor should strive to become the life mentor of the student and a close friend of healthy growth.” This actively explores the construction and practice of the “community” between college counselors and students.
