摘要: 培养创业型大学生人才已成为社会和时代对高等教育提出的新课题。高校共青团在培养创业型人才方面有着重要的推动作用。只有从培养创业型人才为切入点，发挥共青团的自身优势，创新开展校园文化建设、学生社团和社会实践活动，实现与大学生创业教育的有机结合，才能实现为高校共青团培养创业型大学人才。

Abstract: Culture Entrepreneurial Students’ talent has become the new topic of society and the times for higher education. Communist Youth League in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talent plays an important role in promoting. The only entry point from the culture of entrepreneurial talent, to play the Communist Youth League of their own advantage, innovation and carry out the construction of campus culture, student organizations and social practice, the organic integration of entrepreneurship education and college students, so we can realize to cultivate the entrepreneurial university personnel for the Communist Youth League.
