积极心理学视角下高校教师职业倦怠问题现状及对策
The Current Situation of Job Burnout among College Teachers from the Perspective of Positive Psychology and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 高校教师队伍是高校建设中至关重要的一环,随着社会多元化发展,高校教师的职业倦怠正极大地影响教师工作质量的效率。预防和化解教师职业倦怠是提高教师心理健康水平、建设高质量教师队伍的必要工作。积极心理学作为心理学近年来新兴发展分支,对心理健康的作用愈来愈大,本文梳理了高校教师职业倦怠的原因,从积极心理学视角出发,提出了探索减少高校教师职业倦怠心理的对策。
Abstract: College teachers are a crucial part in the construction of colleges and universities. With the diversified development of society, the job burnout of college teachers is greatly affecting the efficiency of teachers’ work quality. Preventing and resolving teacher burnout is necessary to improve teachers’ mental health level and build high-quality teachers. As an emerging branch of psychology in recent years, positive psychology plays an increasingly important role in mental health. This paper sorts out the causes of job burnout of college teachers, and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce job burnout of college teachers from the perspective of positive psychology.
