高职学生职业生涯规划途径研究——以上海工程技术大学高职学院为例

摘要: 新形势下，高职学生职业生涯规划的开展迫在眉睫，文章从高职学生职业生涯规划开展的背景入手，分析了高职学生职业生涯规划开展的必要性，并从推进高职学生职业生涯教育的全程化、专业化、个性化和社会化等方面提出了对策性的建议。
Abstract: In the new situation, it is very urgent for vocational college students to carry out career planning. The article analyzes the necessary of career planning in the vocational colleges based on the background. Then, the article points out the countermeasure recommendations to make sure that the career planning in the vocational college will be professional, personal and social all through the processing.
