摘要:

对采自南北各地的95个芒属植物种子材料成功地进行了盆播–分苗–移栽的育苗试验。芒属植物种子在北方地区(北纬37度以北)常温保存,采种后第18个月内的样本存活率为100%,31个月后的样本存活率为17%~94%,44~45个月后的样本存活率为0%~17%,55个月后所有样本全部失活。

Abstract: Successful germination and planting trials with method of “pot-culture—plug-separation—field- transplantation” have been conducted in Miscanthus with 95 seed samples from China. Miscanthus seed samples survived 100% in room ambient after 18 months storage in the North (>37˚N), their survival rate decreased to 17%~94% samples after 31 months storage, to 0% - 17% samples after 44 - 45 months storage and all died out after 55 months since seed collection.
