温州民营经济转型路径研究—基于外部约束和禀赋条件的交互选择视角

Path Study of Wenzhou Private Economy Transformation—Based on Interactive Perspective of External Constraint and Endowment Conditions

摘要: 随着温州民间借贷危机的不断爆发，传统“温州模式”受到了较大质疑和反思，温州民营经济转型势在必行。为此，本文总结了国内外转型经济理论，并基于外部约束和禀赋条件的交互选择视角，对温州民营经济转型路径内外部条件进行了比较详细的分析，提出了温州民营经济转型比较可行的路径，并给出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract: Along with the continuously Wenzhoulending crisis, the traditionalWenzhoumode has been questioned andWenzhouprivate economic transformation is imperative commended. Therefore, this paper summarizes the transformation economic theory, analyses the transformation path inside and outside conditions based on interactive perspective of the external constraint and endowment conditions, puts forward a feasible path for the Wenzhou private economy transformation, and gives some corresponding policy suggestions.
